If they’re actually upgrading and not just flossing over it, it’s a great thing. But too often there’s so much corruption involved in projects like this one that the “grading” is only slightly “up” and the money goes in the pockets of contractors and officials.
Still makes a cool photograph and a great take on the theme!
Pet Mart? I can only do Tue and Fri mornings on my morn offs. U can meh since u r not SAHM.
Thomas. Incidentally, I swim whenever I can during my breaks in school. I know a lifeguard there but forgot his name? Dark? Dumb clue. EH..a ponch? then again there r many swim coaches for junior schl (your son must be studying there la!) during the morning hours which I will avoid bcoz the pool is so noisy! I swim near noon when the pool is totally empty. IMagine that! lol.
Far too many cities are building for the rich and people who think they are rich at the expense of those who need someplace -anyplace- to live. Not enough communities are choosing to ensure that those who need it have safe, affordable, and comfortable housing.
In too many places, the very people who NEED a home are displaced for homes for people who “need” 5 bathrooms and a 3 car garage.

Thankful for the upgrades towards better living.
I love upgrading too, except the mess I have to endure DURING the process (unlike upgrading my camera which I could enjoy it almost instantly)!
That is great! I wish I can say the same with a lot of people here in our country
My 2 entries will be up around 12:05
Happy weekend, Elaine

They’re upgrading my neighborhood too – new traffic circles are sprouting everywhere!
Am always for the upgrading and truly wish some of the people in our govt can update themselves too for better quality of service to the people.
Quality housing, quality services – if they deliver on that promise, it most certainly will be something to be thankful for!
Haha.. any more free unit left to house me??

That’s a good thing… At least there is still upgrading happening despite the global economic situation.

Yes, upgrading one’s living conditions is a good reason to be thankful for.

That is great! I think we have that here, but they usually cost a lot of money to move in
Great post, I would have been real thankful to have a free unit.
I posted late, come on by for a quick laugh
