The view of the sky from the beach.

It is so nice to see a beach and ocean even with a sky that looks a little less friendly. I am growing tired of snow!

Beautiful shot…. and you even got an airplane in it. Cool how the clouds are almost pointing to the little kiosks on the boardwalk thing.

Have a wonderful New Year. I love your photo, and you have to come look at mine because it’s quite similar in a way. Made me laugh. Scenic minds think alike.

This is something so un-Singapore to me… 😉

A place I want to be on a Friday!

Nice shot! Just a lovely picture all the way around–love the cloudy skies and the composition.

Elaine: Neat shot with the plane above the peir, nicely done.

  13. January 2, 2009 at 11:15 pm

That is so beautiful. I love the shelter on the pier with the plane flying overhead. Your photography is such a pleasure for me.

    As always, an awesome capture.

But I have to ask about the focal length in the EXIF data… 9.3mm?? Not 93? That seems like it would be an almost impossibly wide angle to get without some kind of aberration around the edges.

This is great. I’ve started taking a picture a day (I hope) but it’s not the blog I’ve referenced in this post.
