That is an utterly AWESOME concept, and an equally awesome photograph! It may be one of my favorites of yours to date (and that’s saying a lot, ‘cos I really love your work!). And since it’s already tomorrow there, Happy Birthday!

A very Happy Birthday to you dear Elaine! HUGS!
And a lovely shot, I guess you are treating yourself to a wonderful pedicure. 🙂

How was it? Effective therapy? 🙂

  8. May 6, 2009 at 9:42 am

Nice shot! At first glance I thought it was seaweeds but they are small fishes 🙂

  9. May 6, 2009 at 9:45 am

this scares the heck out of me, but i will try it someday 😀

  10. May 6, 2009 at 10:17 am

That gives me the willies…did it tickle??? Happy WW. Great shot!

  11. May 6, 2009 at 11:17 am

I might worry that the foot in the water before mine would leave something I might catch (foot fungus or something) bwaaaak.

  12. May 6, 2009 at 12:18 pm

Nice B&W photo. I tried the treatment once, not bad..

  13. May 6, 2009 at 12:20 pm

    At Last! A Birthday!

  14. May 6, 2009 at 12:48 pm

Oh wow! That is a awesome shot Elaine and one of the neatest photos I have seen today! You Rock!! 😀

  15. May 6, 2009 at 1:31 pm

    Happy birthday Elaine!

Are those your feet??? I’ve heard about a pedicure that uses fish to, umm, tone up your feet, but I’m a little creeped out by the idea. Better someone else, anyone else, than me. Great shot though, that’s for sure.

  16. May 6, 2009 at 1:54 pm

I’m certain that it would tickle like crazy. Certainly makes an interesting image, though.

Hi Elaine, I also thought that these were seaweeds ;). I have been wondering how this therapy felt. I found out from Mojo that you are celebrating your birthday today :)! Wishing you all the best and many precious moments to share. Have a great day.

I want to try that too? Did it tickle? 😀

  21. May 6, 2009 at 6:57 pm

is that some kind of therapy on your feet? cool concept!

  22. May 6, 2009 at 7:26 pm

I enjoy the gentle nibbling of the fishes. And my feet feels ‘refreshed’. haha….

  23. May 6, 2009 at 8:05 pm

Yikes! Is that the spa treatment I read about where the fish eat the dead skin off your feet? Pretty sure I couldn’t stand (or sit) still for that…

  24. May 6, 2009 at 9:17 pm

Great picture as usual. I hope you enjoyed it. And I want to wish you a very Happy Birthday.

  25. May 6, 2009 at 11:32 pm

That looks very tickley! I wanted to wish you a Happy Birthday – found your birthday banner over at Mojo’s and had to pop by.
