You never know what you’re missing till you look up and around you.
It was a quiet and gloomy birthday yesterday just like this sepia picture,
till a friend light the day up.
Thanks Mojo & all other great bloggers friends with their wonderful birthday wishes 🙂
It does appear to be a sombre day. I’ll bet it became much brighter when the lanterns were lit! I hope you had a Happy Birthday after all!
Happy birthday. I like this in sepia, even if my brain is saying, red red lanterns. 😀
Nice entry and apt for the theme.
HAPPY HAPPY BIRTHDAY! 🙂
Aww… You’re welcome sweet lady. I hope it turned out to be as colorful a day as that lantern probably is in real life.
This sepia photo takes some of the detail off the lanterns. Which is great, as these look like dark orbs almost floating back to earth. Stunning!
Great shot, you have such an interesting view of the world.
Oh that’s really cool – I like it
Love this image and the one below with the fish is great. You take wonderful photographs.
Happy Birthday! 🙂 I think it’s a very creative idea to photograph those chinese lanterns with sepia effect. Very nice shot!
I’m glad you had a happy birthday!
Lovely lines in this photo. 😉
Very cool and the bird flying adds a nice touch.
That´s what your birthday feels like? Anyway, I hope you had a good happy one.
Happy Birthday! I like the quiet brooding of the dark lanterns.
Wonderful shot! Oh, and happy birthday!
Wonderful sepia scene and words! I’m glad to read that you had a great time on your special day 🙂 . As far as I know, the cycle rickshaws here in Indonesia are not expensive. There are still people using them as transportation. But they do become more rare, because a lot of places begin to prohibit them. Have a great day, Elaine.
I’m glad your day turned around Elaine! Your sepia photo is excellent! 🙂
