Buzz Me Booths.
Do you know anyone w/o a cellphone these days?
Not really, but it’s really nice to know phone booths are still available in case your battery dies all of a sudden.
There are some small kids and very old people. Even they have family to help out. Thanks for the blast from the past!
My fren told me that here colleague is w/o a handphone!
Those phone booths look like giant postboxes! Great shot!
Very nice Ruby Tuesday photo. Pay phones are indeed becoming harder to find. The cell phone is rendering them obsolete.
Hi Elaine, we don’t have public phones around much any more. Those look very nice and very RED! Glad to see you hope all is well with you. 🙂
Very nice – Ireally like the B&W post below also.
It’s difficult to find a public phone these days! I’m always forgetting to bring my cellphone when I go out. hehe…..
Red telephone booths
line the streets of Singapore—
need a coin to call.
Great shot for Ruby Tuesday! The red makes these phone booths easy to spot ;–)
Hugs and blessings,
Still, these phone booths are stylish red capsules. I know that everyone has a cell, but these booths are a stylish reminiscence of a long-gone past. I remember phones with rotary dialing (now I feel old!)
I haven’t seen a public phone in a long, long time
those are pretty
here they were ugly silver boxes
aahhhhh the familiar RED!
You still have the full-sized phone booths there? when you can find one here, they’re just the hang-on-the-wall models. And not a phone book to be found in any of ’em!
Nice slice of life in this shot… I like!
