Bike-Taxis in China.
He must have great balancing skills for the passenger is not even holding on to him!
I hardly see people sitting this way anymore. It looked kind of dangerous too.
this is a very good take. i wished i thought of this 🙂
hmm maybe the roads are too smooth and the trip looks uneventful so there’s no need to hold on to her guy? or maybe they had a lovers’ quarrel and she refuses to even touch him but she really has to go somewhere and his is the only ride available? this picture tells a lot of stories!
Great balancing acts! I would be thrown off the bicycle if I sit this way. 😛
A great balancing act – enjoy your weekend.
I can’t do this one because I am afraid I will fall backwards hehe. I’d rather do the way the driver positioned himself. And with the people around walking this is kind of hard to maintain the balance of the bike. Awesome picture thanks for sharing!
Great shot for the theme. It’s fun seeing all the different ways people have illustrated balanced.
By the way, the reason I did the last shot where the swing was way out of balance is because even though it was balanced on the chains in the first two shots, I thought it looked a little out of balance too so it’s not just you. The reason I know it was balanced was when I tried shifting the link in the chain, any other spot made it more out of balance.
It must take some great skill to balance like that!
Amazing…. both the rider and passenger have great balancing skills. I don’t think I’d want to ride behind, even if I were holding on to the rider with both hands!
My Photo Hunt entry is up here:
What a great shot! He must be working hard on balance with her sitting side saddle like that and all those people around.
A lot of trust there. She looks totally unconcerned. I always enjoy getting around and seeing the different views of this weeks theme. Yours is cool!
Drop by and check mine here.
Can’t be easy for him to balance with her weight distributed all wonky like that. That’s a pretty impressive balancing act! And a pretty impressive photo too.
This is perfect! I can’t even balance on a bicycle. 😦
Brave bicycle balancing in black and white! Nice shot!
