Strange combo as the stone work looks quite great and thought out on the sides but then the rocks going across the river don´t look that safe. Cross at your own risk!
What an interesting view. I’d love to know where this is. Look at the rocks making a make-shift bridge to cross the water. And are those sandbags piles up? So much to see here.
I really like this shot. I like that the people crossing the water on the stones somehow reminds me of mama and baby ducks following right behind. Nice touch and it really adds to the photo.
I had to look twice and very closely, too before I realized that that was water. Very interesting in sepia- almost makes it sort of scary feeling.

A walk across canal at the vicinity of Dongdaemun,Seoul Korea.
For a minute, I did not realize it was water. The sepia tone certainly changes the perspective sometimes!

Great photo. I hope hose rocks to cross over on, was not slippery….
I am always afraid I am going to slip when I walk across rocks like that. Great photo!
Scary, Elaine! I think there are canals like that (for run-off) in Los Angeles. Excellent sepia effect! 🙂

Lovely shot and it looks great in sepia tones!
Are those rocks really to cross from one side to the other – seems it should be something more.

At first I thought the bed was dry! Very interesting choice for sepia.
Interesting shot!
I didn’t realize it was water either!!
Looks like a slippery trip, I know I’d be the one to fall
Another amazing shot!!
interesting scene, elaine. i wonder why do they have to cross the canal that way.
There are no canals like this where I live. It looks dangerous to have to cross over there! A wonderful sepia scene!
So unusual! I was wondering what that big rectangular shape is to the bottom left of the image! Most interesting in speia!
